The truckmount machine i use is a large investment for anybody in the carpet cleaning indusry, This particular machine I use is an independently self contained power unit, it is capable of heating the water to temps of 250 degrees, pressures of up to 2,000psi and a recovery vacuum second to none. All of this enough to tackle the some of the dirtiest carpets around, ie. night clubs, pubs and restaraunts and at an amazing distance of up to 600ft away from the van. This combined with the correct solutions, the right tools and years of experience and training leaves very little that cannot be cleaned to an acceptable standard
The correct procedures with H/W/E is
Pre-vac
Pre-spray, using the correct solutions.
Aggitation of the pre-spray/ Dwell time
Flushing/ Rinsing and extraction of the solutions and the dirt
leaving the fibres in a neutral balance ph7
treat any remaining , troublesome spots/stains, rinse and
finaly to groom the carpet.
No need to bother asking you for water, unlike most other cleaners using small portable machines. A freshwater 500ltr tank is carried in my van, were on demand this is heated to required temp, and used to flush the dirt from your carpet, this is immediatly sucked up and goes straight back into a waste recovery tank ,also in the van. So no dirty smelly water anywhere in your rooms, no fumes from macines to bother you. just a clean fresh carpet.
With the use of such a powerfull machine , drying times are kept to a minimum,usualy carpets are dry within a couple of hours and complete drying can be achieved by using powerful air movers when more than 1 room is been cleaned, placing these in the cleaned room while other cleaning takes place.
Upholstery cleaning.
The cleaning of your fabric upholstery is a case utilising the same machine, only a different approach and a different range of cleaning tools are required, potentialy, problems are wating to the untrained cleaner, colour fastness high on the list ,so many different fabrics and construction types, the quality of fabric to name just a few can be daunting, but the knowledgable, skilled cleaner will give you 
safe pleasing results.
Now nobody wants to have their suites wet through for hours on end, even days with some cleaners, not only is this annoying, but potential problems can arise.
